Call for speakers: Submit your proposal for our 2023 virtual summits!

Here is an opportunity for you to submit your proposals to speak at our 2023 virtual summits! We seek presentations that deliver real-world guidance and solutions to medical billing and coding professionals, compliance professionals and revenue cycle managers who want to enhance the financial health of their organization.

You will find four distinct tracks across two virtual summits:

Advanced Specialty Coding Virtual Summit
  • Anesthesia Virtual Summit, November 6-8, 2023.
  • Orthopedic Virtual Summit, November 13-15, 2023.
  • Pain Management Virtual Summit, November 27-29, 2023.

Billing & Compliance Virtual Summit
  • December 5-6, 2023.

This virtual summit covering anesthesia, orthopedics, and pain management will provide guidance to attendees who have mastered the basics of reimbursement rules and who want to take their knowledge to the next level. We’re seeking specialty-specific presentations on coding, billing and compliance requirements.

All speakers will receive:
  • Free registration for the full virtual summit you are speaking at (Advanced Specialty Coding or Billing & Compliance).
  • Professional recognition in our brochure and conference materials.
  • CEUs to maintain your professional certifications.
These are virtual summits. Sessions will be recorded prior to the conference. Note: Speakers must be available for a brief Q&A during the conference timeframes in which they are presenting.

Requirements

We welcome presentations from people with at least five years of experience in the appropriate disciplines, including reimbursement consultants, attorneys, and clinicians. Presenters should be willing to work with conference team members to finalize outlines and session descriptions, and meet deadlines for submitting presentation materials.

Selection Criteria

Presentations should provide concrete guidance based on authoritative sources that attendees can adapt for use. Sessions related to implementing a new process or solution should include data that show how the solutions worked (e.g., denials reduced by a certain percent, productivity increased by a certain percent, etc.).

All applications must be submitted by the February 28 deadline.
