2020 Advanced Specialty Coding, Compliance and Reimbursement Symposium
 
DecisionHealth is recruiting speakers to present at the 2020 Advanced Specialty Coding, Compliance and Reimbursement Symposium, to be held Oct. 5-7, 2020, in Orlando, Fla., at the Renaissance SeaWorld hotel.
 
We seek presentations on the coding, billing and compliance requirements for anesthesia, pain management or orthopedics groups, and we are looking for practical strategies and regulatory-based guidance.
2020 Billing & Compliance Summit
 
We also are recruiting speakers to present at the 2020 Billing & Compliance Summit, to be co-located with the Advanced Specialty Coding event. 
 
We seek presentations on medical billing solutions that will appeal to practice billing and coding management professionals who seek help creating accurate claims with appropriate coding, documentation, and back-up that are less likely to be denied; and compliance solutions that will appeal to medical practice professionals who wish to avoid running afoul of state and federal law and regulation, and to successful defend themselves when challenged with audits, investigations, or legal action.

Presentations for the 2020 Advanced Specialty Coding, Compliance and Reimbursement Symposium could focus on topics such as:
  • Relevant anatomy.
  • Recent reimbursement and regulatory changes that place the practice at risk for denials or audits.
  • Upcoming coding and billing changes.
  • Connect and hear from trailblazers in the industry who will share lessons learned, programs that work, and best practices that will keep you innovating long after the event is over.
Presentations for the 2020 Billing & Compliance Summit could focus on topics such as:
  • Recent changes in state and federal law and regulation that have a direct impact on medical practice – e.g. coding and reimbursement, prompt pay, Stark and Anti-Kickback.
  • Administrative methods and innovations that make billing and compliance more cost-efficient and successful.
  • Specific related processes such as risk adjustment coding and documentation and payer contracting. 
  • Connect and hear from trailblazers in the industry who will share lessons learned, programs that work, and best practices that will keep you innovating long after the event is over. 
We welcome presentations from people with at least five years of experience in the appropriate disciplines.
