Office managers/practice administrators received cumulative salary and benefit increases of nearly 2% nationally and, in some specialty practices, as much as 18%, according to the 2004 Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHCOM) salary survey. If the physicians in your practice are unsure of how and when to bill consultations, you could be losing revenue.
