CMS recently released the following payment allowances for flu shots:

Check your local coverage determinations to see if your carrier covers 90660 (FluMist, a nasal influenza vaccine). The payment allowance for FluMist is $22.316 when payment is based on 95% of the average whole sale price, CMS says.
Remember: Deductibles and coinsurances don't apply to these vaccines administered to your Medicare patients.
