Connolly Health Care, the Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) for Region C, is now targeting more states in its jurisdiction (which spans most of the South, from Texas to Virginia).
No new issues have been added or approved by CMS; instead Connolly is taking its first eight issues and making several new states subject to being audited for them. The states differ by issue, but include Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina.
