The Senate Finance Committee scheduled a hearing for Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, who's been 
nominated for HHS secretary (PBN 3/9/09). The hearing is scheduled for April 2 at 10 a.m. It's a step toward finally filling some lingering executive appointments.
No word yet on who will be appointed CMS administrator. But, here's to hoping these appointments get filled, soon.
