CMS released some of the new enrollment rules found in the 2009 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule in the form of a transmittal March 13 - which was Friday the 13th! We've written about the changes in our newsletter. Subscribers can read our coverage here and here. CMS had said they planned to start enforcing the enrollment rules in the fee schedule April 1.
