In time for the holiday season, CMS released a gift many providers have been waiting for: a video on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

 

The four-and-a-half-minute video describes the provenance of the privacy information act and discusses HIPAA specifics, such as minumum necessary requirement rules.
