Supreme Court now expected to rule Thursday on ACA

by Ben Penn on Jun 25, 2012

The United States Supreme Court Monday morning rulings came and went this morning without an opinion on the Affordable Care Act. That means a decision is now expected on Thursday morning, June 28, the next time the court will issue opinions.

A Supreme Court decision to overturn the entire health reform law, confirm the law’s constitutionality in its entirety or reject a section of the law is almost certain to come Thursday morning and not get delayed any further, according to Scotusblog.com.
