Quality report access problems could be due Internet Explorer

Switching to another browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox, could be the solution if you can’t open your quality resources and use report (QRUR).

One member of the DecisionHealth listserv community replied to a complaint about access problems:

“I had the same problem and when I called the QualityNet help desk, they told me certain Internet Explorer versions are not compatible. I was told to use Google Chrome, and it worked fine.”

Remember, your deadline to file an informal review is 11:59 p.m. EST, Nov. 23.
